Wow that sounds like it's already looking really awesome. I can't wait to see how everything turns out. Do you have enough stuff to fill those 8 shelves? Man that must be a large collection.

I've been collecting for 24 years now. Started in '89 with the first Batman movie (owned Super Powers figures before that, but didn't collect until Burton ruined my life with awesomeness). So yeah, I've bought way too much stuff over the years (and am apparently only getting worse). I should be able to fill up the shelves pretty easily. I don't think I'm even going to have room for some of the silly stuff. I used to collect every multi-color Batman variant back in the days when there wasn't anything else to collect. Those figures probably aren't going to get shelf space...

Glad to hear you went with the glass - it's what I've got in my two IKEA book cases, and it's really neat how it allows light to come down on all the figures; shadows created by figures on higher shelves actually look dramatic.

In this pic you can see the hint of figures on the shelf below:

The shelves are up! Still have to add two more rows, but I haven't ordered the glass for them yet. Now comes the fun part...

Wow, that looks fantastic, man. I'd love to be able to dedicate an entire wall to toys like that. Excellent job. That looks stupendous, Rex!! Thank you very much for sharing!!

Outstanding job, Rex. Turned out great. How much did it end up costing you, may I ask? I might look into a set up like this myself. Great picture. You'll need to take another once you get the toys up.
