Here is a Young Justice figure that I made for Hulk Smash over at the fwoosh boards. I started out with a Young Justice Aqualad I used his Torso, shoulders, and forearms with a head cast of Young Justice Superboy. Hulk Smash wanted Superboy to be more buff, so I used the biceps from a DCUC Samurai. His hands are from Young Justice Sportsmaster. For the lower body and legs I used Avatar Movie Masters Colonel Miles Quatrich, but I also extended and re-sculpted the legs to make him taller. After I got all the parts worked out all that was left was to hand paint everything. I really liked the final results with Superboy/Conner the only problem now is I need to make one for myself.

So the complete is Recipe:
Young Justice Aqualad Torso, shoulders, and forearms
Young Justice Superboy head cast
Young Justice Sportsmaster hands
Biceps DCUC Samurai
Avatar Movie Masters Colonel Miles Quatrich lower body and legs

I'm still torn on doing Superboy. I think I'll just wait for the DCIE one (pretty sure it's coming) and just swap out that terrible head. That's a nice YJ version, though. I gotta get to Cassie, too.

I'm hoping Conner is coming as well, but I've been gathering the parts to make my own just in case. Even if they do make him I don't much care for the head that they showed. I bought a couple of Genis-vell head castings from casting cave which think looks like they would be prefect for Conner.

I like the hair on that, but not sure about the face. I was thinking maybe Sodam Yat with altered hair. I'd love to see one of those Genis heads painted flesh colored.

It's hard to make out the face on the original figure, but the face looks pretty good for Conner.

Im actually liking that head for Tempest.. Is it too small for the DCUC buck though?
