I like the dinner jacket look. He has never been a big want, but the idea that the "mad psychiatrist" is filling out the bat suit as well as Bruce always seemed silly.

Very "strange" poll you got there. See what I did there? Ha! Okay, my joke wasn't so funny, but your custom is very cool indeed! Great place to use this Hugo Strange smiley, too. His eyebrows look like they're doing the worm.

I agree with HectorHall: there was no way he was meant as a formidable physical threat. Alternatively, the idea that he was so sinister as to discover Batman's secret identity is also a dead-end: once you know the secret, it's kinda over.
