The worst thing is when I start taking apart a figure for a custom and then I don't end up working on it for a while so it just sits in pieces somewhere in the house. lol.

I know what you mean :) I started using small zip lock bags to store all the parts for individual characters that I have in my WIP box to keep their parts from getting mixed up.

Love the Anna Fortune, man! Always dug her design. Shame she got passed over for the DCnU (granted, tying her in to such a lame character as Amos Fortune handicapped her from the start). Still a killer look, and she'd probably make a good fit for that Earth-2 book.

Check it out, just get the approval of Matthew Sturges and Freddie Williams, the creators of Anna Fortune. I'd post the actual tweets but I'm technologically challenged. I had actually contacted Freddie Williams months ago asking him about her color scheme and was happily surprised he responded. So I wanted to share the finished product with him as well.

Larry Krukowski‏@LKrukowski
@Freddieart finally finished my Anna Fortune custom action figure, hope you approve. Miss those characters.

Mashed Stirred Guts ‏@matt_sturges
@Freddieart @LKrukowski So cool! I always thought Anna was a great character; wish we'd had a chance to do her backstory.

Larry Krukowski ‏@LKrukowski
@matt_sturges @Freddieart thanks, guys. I'm glad you both approve. Makes her even cooler for me.

Yeah, that was pretty cool. Only time I ever shared another custom with someone was when Gail Simone gave me the thumbs up on my King Shark and Lady Blackhawk.

Yeah, those were pretty amazing. Especially Lady Blackhawk. You captured the entire look with that one.

Thanks. It was an old Abby Chase Dangergirl head with the bangs removed.
