Why didn't Oliver just kill Merlyn? If he was going to kill anybody at all and he knew that it was Merlyn who caused this to happen and obviously he would have been a much lesser challenge. His final confrontation with Ra's seems forced to me. Any guesses on how Oliver will be resurrected? Lazarus Pit comes to mind.

Spoiler alert for everyone that still has "Arrow's" shocking midseason finale waiting for them on their DVRs. For those of you that have witnessed the pulse-pounding fight between Oliver Queen and Ra's al Ghul, then you know that the final moments of "The Climb" left fans of the show on the edge of their seats while Arrow himself tumbled over the edge of a cliff. League of Assassins leader Ra's al Ghul (Matt Nable) confronted the heroic vigilante (Stephen Amell) in a mountaintop sword fight that left Arrow mortally wounded and seemingly knocked into oblivion. With the lead character seemingly dead, fans have been scratching their heads wondering how -- or if -- the show will bring Amell's Arrow back to life.
