With 2014 just around the corner I thought I would start a thread for DC Club Infinite Earths Superboy. Also Superboy test runs have started to hit eBay as well.

Yup, I had an Ebay Ice arrive today. It's my first "Hong Kong Experience." Gotta say, I am pleased with the results. So pleased I ordered Superboy today. Look, I don't feel entirely great about myself for doing it . . . but the line is dead now and what's the point in waiting months for these figures. I mean, when is Ice slated to actually come out? Maybe as late as March or June or something and then I'd have to wait like a month for her to get to me from digital river and at this price of like $35 or something when they probably offer her for something like $25 before shipping. All I've missed out on is some b.s. plastic ice accessory. To be honest, I kind of wish I didn't have Fire's lame little green fire blob.

And Superboy has no Krypto to miss out on. So . . .

yeah i took to the dark side today also and ordered an aquaman and ice duo for for $29.99 shipped. thats less than 1 figure day of next year.

its a shame but at this point i really want to round out the collection for as little as possible. damian robin is the only figure im truly excited for and would be willing to buy a spare to keep moc.

ice and aquaman are only essential to me only as a completist of the line. neither were on my wish list.

Well Superboy came in yesterday, and I took a few pictures of him. It's weird in hand the head actually looks better, but in pictures not so good. He does suffer from the same problem that Superboy Prime has with being too tall.

Taller than the DCUC Superman? ****ING SOLD!

I was lookin into this yesterday..the reused Starman legs (which look great) are really tall and I feel Connor should be shorter than Kal...either get that on the bay or customize one; not sure what to do

I should have mine in a week or two. Can't wait as this was my number 2 want since the sub. was announced. Seriously, getting him is so awesome for me. I think being too tall can work. He looks like he is wearing engineer boots which can make people seem taller than they are, that and Superman's boots could be like slippers which don't boost his height.

Height wise he looks best next to Public Enemies Superman. I'm going to make an alternate head using a casting of ML Genis-Vell. But I'm also going to make a custom using the DCUC YJ Teen upper body, Kamandi's waist and upper legs, and Starman's lower legs.

Here is a quick mock-up of a body better scaled for Superboy that they could have easily have done.

Looks pretty good so far, if it'll be anything like your other customs, it's going to look incredible when finished, olds.
