Wouldn't ordering that cost you your Man Card? Ugh. Probably won't be a '66 Batgirl, but at least Scott has something to cuddle at night.

So who is this meant to appeal to? Even acknowledging that there may be a healthy female audience on Matty for things like She-Ra and Monster High, they want cool toys with a bit of style to them. They don't want stupid, goofy stuff like this.
Also, is Mattel still pretending Robot Chicken is relevant in 2014? They couldn't even sell a Robot Chicken-based MOTU item when the show was popular!
