This is a very nice piece. The caricature of the characters (say it three times fast) hits that warm spot of nostalgia without poking too much fun.
Until you just mentioned it, I never new Burt wore leotards either.

You guys didn't think Burt Ward got his legs all silky smooth by shaving?

Nice work, old chum.

I been busy.
Got an email from the publisher/editor of PUNCH asking if I wanted to do some more spot illos for a Toy King article I wrote.

I had some ideas cooking in my head, but wasn't really planning on doing new drawings for it........but........aw, heck. I didn't figure they would take long. I whipped these out this morning , so I could have the rest of the day and coming week to work on a storyboard. These will be in PUNCH #5 , coming out later this spring.

Wow, these are awesome! I love the Snake Eyes and Timber especially.

I love these, Ken. Very inspirational. I love how you rendered the textures on the Batman/Robin drawing. Now that you've taken the color away, you can appreciate how well crafted it was as a black and white drawing as well. The drawings of the little guys look really cool, too!!!
