Well, I had $6 in surprise points at Kmart for a $15 purchase and $4 in Rewards points expiring on the 11th, plus clearance is 30% off at Kmart now, so I picked up a Slave Leia for $3 and I'm tossing her up on eBay. If I make $20 it's $20 in the PayPal fodder coffer.

Well, my $3 Leia sold for $37, so after shipping and Ebay takes their pound of flesh I probably made about $25 on her. Not bad, I guess, but not worth the effort if I hadn't had paid so little for her.

Funny postscript to this: I guess the rumours of a recall are true because Leia cannot be found locally in the places I have checked. Either that or she's been bought up to be scalped, which is funny because one of the problems with the figure is that the costume depicted is considered "exploitive", and the toy could now be exploited BECAUSE of the costume.
