I don't think so it looks to be around the same size as other DCUC scaled heads.

Sinestro Corp Klaw

This one was a fun simple custom. I originally planned on just making taller Klaw in his standard colors using the Sinestro body, because I hate that body that they used for Klaw. But then I thought this could be a cool crossover figure a what if some Marvel villains became members of Sinestro's Corp. So I decided to bolster my Sinestro Corps roster and recruit Klaw into the Corps. It is a pretty basic custom I removed the collar, swapped out the right forearm with Klaw's and the left forearm with BL Abin Sur's with Klaw's hand, I also added a ring to Klaw's left hand, drilled out the Klaw head to fit the DCUC neck peg, and finally I painted the new parts to match the Sinestro body.

Superman

Here is another quick custom. I never really liked the head on the DCUC Superman something just seemed off about it.

The head is from blue camo suit Aquaman with the hair and eyebrows painted black with some light blue highlights. I also wanted bigger fist for Superman, so swapped the hands from a DCSH Superman. I also cut down the ankles some to allow enough room for the foot rocker to actually work.

General Zod

Next up is a General Zod as he appeared in the War of the Supermen. The base figure is a DCUC Batman with Captain Marvel's forearms, Sportsmaster's lower legs & feet, Samurai's head & hands, Omac's belt, and YJ Red Arrow's holsters. I did do some minor sculpting for the costume, on the torso and shoulder pads, and I also re-sculpted the forehead and hair on the head. I ended up repainting the face four times to try and get the eyes and brows just right.

Young Justice Wonder Girl

Here is a Young Justice Wonder Girl that I made for a fellow collector on the Fwoosh forum. Cassandra was made using a DCUC Cheetah as the main body; biceps, hands, and feet from YJ Artemis, Star Sapphire Wonder Woman's forearms and lasso, and DSCH Supergirl's head. I did some minor sculpting for the shirt tail and to fill the hole in the Cheetah waist. Then I finished her up with a paint job to match her Young Justice costume.

That's a cool YJ set. Still sad that show got cancelled. The current crop of superhero cartoons aren't nearly as interesting. Back to just watching JLU on Saturday mornings.

I hear you there I loved the Young Justice cartoon it was one of the things I looked forward to on the weekends. DC probably wanted the Young Justice show canned, because it had a better storyline than the Nu52 comics. Heck if the Nu52 was done as well as that show I would still be a big DC comic reader.

Mattel really shot them in the foot too with the 6" figures by making the head sculpts to cartoon-ish. The heads that they made didn't match up the animation style at all they were more like Ben 10 looking sculpts. Which turned away some DCUC collectors if they were sculpted in the same style as the regular DCUC figures that would have pulled in more DCUC collectors. Plus the bases which some were better than other make them to expensive for the parents. If they packaged them without the bases at a $12-14 price rage they would have sold a lot more figures maybe even enough that they line would have still been going.

Red Hood V1

This was the first custom that I've made for someone other than myself. A fellow collector over at the fwoosh asked if I could make him a new 52 Red Hood.

The base body was a DCUC Samurai, Starman's arms with Aquaman's hands, a modified ML X3 Beast jacket, MM Batman belt with ML Fantomex holsters, and finally a re-sculpted Sportsmaster head. To create the embossed bat logo I printed it on label paper then layer several sheets together, and I carefully cut out the logo then glued the logo to the chest. After that I primed and painted everything. Let me know what you all think.

That's an excellent Red Hood, 1987olds442!! Probably one of the best I've seen! Also, that was very creative with the Klaw Yellow Lantern!

Thank you very much :) I was very happy with how he turned out and so was the commissioner. Klaw is one of my favorite members of my Sinestro Corps :halfear:
