That Bullock looks awesome  Man there are so many cool Batman characters like this that Mattel could have done.

The most impressive part of the Harvey figure is that he looks like he was produced by Mattel to fit in with the DCUC collection. I am never less than amazed at how well you tie in every detail to the finished figure. In fact, it looks better than production.

Guys, once again Ty for your kind words I posted WIP pics.. here's the recipe..

I bought a broken DCUC Penguin at a comic shop he was snapped at the waist. Anyway, I lengthened the legs with wooden dowels and filled in the gaps with Apoxie sculpt. I sculpted cuffs and made is shoes bigger, I also added a screw for a waist peg so I could put him back together while maintaining his waist movement. For the torso I dremeled off all his vest details. I then sculpted it into a shirt with Apoxie sculpt and then modified his inner chest cavity so DCUC's Questions arms would fit and work like normal. I lengthened his neck which was way too short then painted him. I added DCUC'S Questions coat which I shortened down a bit. Next I used a Marvel Legends Cable head sanded down all the eye details sanded off top of his head, Painted it, added DCUC Question hat, Dullcoted the figure added the gun and badge. Not too bad at all.

Hey Tony! Thank you for sharing that valuable information. I think wood is overlooked as something that can be integrated into customs! I'm amazed at the some of custom fodder you guys use to arrive at your end results. It's a great lesson on thinking outside of the box.
