Here's my Force Awakens Han Solo. I completely hand-painted the head, that was cast in dark brown plastic. I think the hair color is much more accurate, it more closely resembles Harrison Ford, and brings out the excellent sculpt the cast already has. Then, I can also swap heads and not ruin the original one, that came with the figure.

Holy Mackerel ... I just can't believe an action figure that you made Wally that's an amazingly fantastic likeness of Harrison Ford and I just loved the Chewy figure too. Man, that's totally awesome here! ... An A+++ Job!

Thanks Slinger & Dr. Fate for the compliments. Nothing custom about Chewy, just plain ole' stock Chewy. Thanks. I am really pleased with the results of painting the Han cast. It makes a world of difference, I think. I have seen a few customs where they're repainted with too much white or too light of a gray for his hair.
