Here's my hand-painted, custom cast Steve Rogers & ToyBiz Wave 1 Captain America heads. I cut the neck holes to be swapped on the Marvel legends Vintage Retro Captain America body.

Thanks Savant & Dr. Fate. I wanted to try to make the Vintage Retro Captain America as close to what I envision, when I think of ole' Cap. The head that came on the body was to round and squished, plus his cowl didn't really nail the classic wings. Plus, Hasbro should have included an unmasked Steve Rogers head & removeable/down cowl, like they did with the Vintage Retro Wolverine figure!
As a fellow customizer, I bentmymanthing, pointed out that it's hard to believe the best Cap cast head made is now 12 years old from ToyBiz's Wave 1 of figures.

Custom cast un-masked MCU movie heads along with their creator, my custom Stan Lee
Black Panther, Captain America, Hawkeye and Iron Man's heads were all hand-painted. I also made the custom Avengers Tower background.

I'm not overall crazy about the likeness to Stan Lee, but since Hasbro cancelled the "Build-A-Figure " Stan Lee, he's a great placeholder for now. He uses the Marvel legends Bruce Banner body, with a repainted shirt.
