Okay, here you go.

Issue #7
This issue is extremely action packed and features multiple major plot twists. I can understand coming into the comic from this point and feeling like you walked in on the ending of a movie you intended to see later on. It's still worth reading from the start, though, because you can get a better sense of how they got here.

Issue #8
No the image didn't get corrupted as I was uploading it. I pixelated it for your benefit. Why? Well let's just say the cover pretty much gives away the entire ending. I don't know why they did this. Maybe somebody else can explain this to me? This was the concluding scene at the end and they put it on the cover. Anyway, the story in this issue is pretty solid. The Justice League start showing personality traits that are closer to their old selves which is a good sign. This is another slower paced character development issue.

Issue #9
This issue features a very cool split cover (I love split covers). I took the liberty of pixelating the other half to prevent more spoilers. I love this issue! It was definitely a fun read and gave me what I was looking for- finally, some payback for certain characters who did a pretty damn good job at their roles. This was a very fun issue and it looks like we may be getting a conclusion to this arc in issue #10.

Overall, I'm very glad I gave this comic a shot and it does give me hope for New 52. I hope you guys give it a read, too, and share your thoughts. I'd be very interested in seeing if you enjoyed it as well or not and what you liked or disliekd about it. Next on my reading agenda will be Mutliversity which so far looks like my kind of book.

Thanks for the reviews (also pixelation in the cover images) OneNineSix! I got myself the first nine issues, and actually have to admit, I'm glad I did what I could to prevent from looking at the covers of all but the first one before reading them, and glad I now know why that was a good idea. I'm definitely looking forward to reading some tonight, and will share my thoughts as I go.

I'm thinking about reading this book and I'm curious about it anyway - I'm going to try to give them a shot in the arm here and most of all this series could be my cup of tea. OneNIneSix, you got me curious ... and that's the good thing! :)

I like it so far. I was going to try to pick up issue 10 today but didn't make it out to the local comic shop. :blbaf:

Don't trust him, he's a dirty agent sent by DC to trick us into reading New 52 content lol... seriously though, you've done a good enough job convincing me. I'll give this a try. The team of Giffen and DeMatteis helps, too. If only Maguire contributed to the art but the art looks dandy just the same.

I'm in. picked up 2, 3, and 4. liked it well enough to fill in the set and see where the title takes me. I am enjoying it more than any other nu52, probably because it stands alone. Plus, I am looking forward to Ted and Booster showing up.

This is becoming a favorite of mine and I'm like you Hector, I'm looking forward seeing Ted and Booster to come on board and that's would make this book a little more interesting to read and to enjoy.
