Marvel’s tiniest hero is going big for Comic-Con. With Ant-Man set to hit theaters July 17, Hasbro will offer two different sets featuring the itty-bitty crimefighter at the geek-friendly fest, and Yahoo Movies has the exclusive reveal.

First up is the 0.75-inch figure — “that’s smaller than a penny (or a really big ant)“ as Hasbro helpfully points out — and is the littlest ever created by the toy makers. The $9.99 mini Ant-Man, which has zero points of articulation, is modeled after Paul Rudd’s character in the film and comes in matchbox-mimicking packaging.

Then there’s the more conventional figures in this deluxe pack that highlights the hero’s size-shifting ability in the comics. Five different versions are included: 12-inch Giant Man, 6-inch Goliath, 3.75-inch Hank Pym (who comes in a lab coat with swappable heads), 1.5-inch Scott Lang/Ant-Man, and 1-inch Hank Pym/Ant-Man. They are packaged inside a cardboard helmet (with swiveling antennae!) and will be available for $64.99.

Now here is one awesome SDCC 2015 Hasbro Ant-Man exclusive box set! Not one but two different sets will be available. the first is a $9.99 mini Ant-Man 0.75-inch figure modeled after Paul Rudd’s character in the film and comes in matchbox-mimicking packaging.

The second is a full on five different version Ant-Man Marvel legends – Universe box set of figures for $64.99 that include:

12-inch Giant Man
6-inch Goliath
3.75-inch Hank Pym
1.5-inch Scott Lang – Ant-Man
1-inch Hank Pym – Ant-Man

Man, I wish that Hank Pym was six inches (said Janet,--and then he punched her). I know you can play with sizes with him but I'd rather have Pym in ML scale.

I can't really tell, though. Is that comic book Pym or movie Pym?

The hands and feet make me think it's comic Pym. But then again he looks a little grey.

Yeah, here's hoping it's comic book Pym. I don't really need/want a Michael Douglas Pym figure but then I could always head swap him for the Steve Rogers head. Mostly interested in Pym and Giantman. I'll probably just wait and see if anyone breaks up the set on eBay. Now we just need an MU Tigra and my West Coast Avengers will be pretty much complete!

It going to be hard enough to get one of the Marvel Legends SDCC set off of HasbroToyShop.com after SDCC, but now I have to try and get this Antman set as well :smgasp:

I hear ya Olds!!! I really want the Strange set, but now seeing there is a "giant" Giant Man, I really want this one too. Hasbro really knows how to get you to spend those dollars. I guess I'll be the newest hero on the block... Ramen-Man!!! because after buying those two sets that's all I'll be able to afford LMAO

New high resolution pictures for the Antman set.

After seeing the high res pictures I'm actually disappointed in the base body selection for Giant Man. They are just reusing the base body for the Marvel Icons/Universe 12 inch figures which wasn't designed very well. The articulation on those bodies made it difficult to pose the figures.
