Shame about Matt Borne's personal demons. That seems like some crazies times. I was just on Tubi the other day and they ahd the GI Jpe 1990 cartoon with armored Cobra Commander and a lot of the more sillier Joes like Bullhorn, Captain Grid Iron, etc. and the animation is quite as good. It has more of a silly, humorous, Ninja Turtles feel to it for obvious reasons of TMNT being a big cartoon around those years. But then I realized, I was 12 so I didn't really watch that cartoon much at all though I remember the theme. When a lot of those figures came out through the Collector Club, I was really uninterested and even disappointed. But then it occurred to me, to someone else, someone a little younger, that might have been the cartoon that got them into GI Joe, similar to how these WWF years may've gotten someone younger into wrestling, and as long as we all end up loving the same thing so that it endures, that's the most important part, So while, these WWF years are pretty unfamiliar to me, I can appreciate how they may've been to younger eyes like how 1985=4-88 would've been the years that pulled me into pretty much being a wrestling fan...

Yes, something else is always different for the next/other person. Oh the 80s years was great but as I got older wrestling was just the thing for Me and I just wanted more & more. As I said before, 93 was so unpredictable in wrestling, you just never knew what was going to happen. Yes, once your a wrestling fan, it's 4-life :!: More great stuff is coming up soon as I'm going to really to try to keep this rolling because I have a ton more to get to :)

Now, here's a bit different of a big bonus. Right after WWF Wrestlemania IX, they had a really cool World Tour because you know, they are/were the WORLD Wrestling Federation. First, before I get to that, I wanted to start about where the trend began in the great year of 1989, the last of the 80s.

Then there was the WWF World Tour in the great year of 1990, 35 years ago this year... look at that :!:

Then when the new decade was beginning the, UK World Tour 91 began.

Image

They came back to North America and had a U.S. Rampage in 91...

and then went back for UK Rampage 91 :!:

They finished it off with the Battle Royal at the Albert Hall decades before the first NXT UK event was ever considered to be thought at the same place :o

They had World Tour 92 a year later.

They then did WWF U.K. Rampage 92 :!:

How apropos that Lord Alferd Hayes interviews "The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith :)

Around this time, Ocean made a great looking WWF Rampage European Tour Video Game :!:

Now, here we go with 1993 starting with Global Warfare :!:

Here's The UK Fan Favorites :!:

Now, this here's the WWF U.K. Rampage 93. they did this right after WWF WM9 :!:

This was one of Jim Ross's first appearances right after his debut at WM9 with Lord Alfred Hayes & Bobby "The Brain" Heenan :!:
