I bought that Johann Schmidt Red Skull head cast and Hydra hat from Casting Cave, a while ago. I haven't seen the hat on Casting Cave, anymore, but the head cast is currently available. I'm pretty sure they're both shrunken down casts of the Hot Toys figure.
That Tesseract was also a custom cast, that is UV interactive. Those pictures were taken, using a hand-held black light, to accomplish that blue glow.

Here's a shot, that I took a few months ago. An unusual Team-up, The God of Thunder and Wolverine. The 80th Anniversary Thor has a custom, wired dark red cape and Fan-channel Cowboy Wolverine with a custom, cloth, plaid western shirt and a hand-painted cast head.

Very cool setup!

Love the look of it...what do you do with the dios once you’re done? Repurpose them or do you have a display of those too?

It's not very much of a diorama, per say. The rock and moss, that they are standing on, is actually real and on my property. I just put the posterboard (spray glued down, onto foam core board, for rigidity) of the blue sky and clouds, behind them, which I use to take pictures of other figures, as well.

So, here's a custom Hulk, that I have been working on. I wasn't Happy with the head that came on the Wolverine and Hulk 2 pack, Hulk.
I painted 4 different heads, all-together. 1 cast is a Marvel Legends SDCC Hulk head cast, 1 is a Marvel Legends slightly Enlarged Face off Hulk, and the other 2 I found on Ebay.

Thanks, Savant. I also fixed the link to the image of the collage of Hulk heads.
So, how do you plan on fixing yours? Do you have an alternate head cast?

I’ve already sculpted new (and higher) traps and back of neck with more neck work coming on the front to support the Marvel Select Avengers Hulk head

Then a full repaint
