Entrance Theme of the Day

Oh my God! It's the Karl Gotch of wrestling sections, step inside to catch all the latest on everything else from the defunct to Terry Funk, Dusty Rhodes to Rip Rogers, the Nature Boy to the Natural Born Thrillers to the National Treasure. Vince Russo says, bro, this is the place to be, bro.

Warrior's theme wasn't bad but like a lot of guys that went from the WWF to WCW their themes felt like knockoffs of their WWF themes which I think hurt them.

I know what you mean there. Lashley's AEW theme is good at the beginning then with the rap, it kinda sours...IMO his "Mighty" was way better and way more epic :)

I don't mind his AEW theme. Really hoping they add Will Hobbs to the group and maybe down the line you can have something where they fight for control and you end up with Lashley vs Hobbs. That would be an epic battle.

Today there seemed like only one appropriate theme to pick.

That would be great there about Hobbs. Yes, it sure does fit the day...really nice too for Thunder Rosa as well :blww:

Okay, so I'm going to continue with WWF the Music Vol. 2. So I said before that Friar Ferguson's Theme was a precursor to Mankind's Theme, take another listen :)

Now here's Mankind's theme from Volume 2. There's dialog here. When 1:50 happens the comparison ends.

More Volume 2 to come :)

I hear similarities. I'm surprised Friar Ferguson even had a theme, though I suppose you could get chanting monks rather easily.

Yes, it's very surprising especially since he had no hype and just appeared for only one bout. It sure fit him nicely. Good, I'm glad you saw that they were similar :) Oh, now that theme for Shelton sounds really good :)

Okay, remember when I posted The Loch Ness for Halloween and I said that others had his wonderful theme too :?: Well, I couldn't find The Zodiac Man which he had it first but I was able to find the third man that used it last and that was Rey Mysterio Jr. You said about that it not matching a little Luchadore. I think it does pretty good in this great Tron, see what you think now Packer :)

It just doesn't sound like a theme for 5'4" luchador, lol.

Maybe but I think it was best with the Dungeon of Doom. Isn't amazing to see Rey like that being so thin and no tattoos :?: I think it is :) MVP's theme was fine, his entrance was always really cool toos.

Here's The Undertaker from 97's WWF The Music: Vol. 2. This is really cool. Most of this dialog is a re-recording from his extremely memorable & chilling promo from the WWF Royal Rumble 94 when Yokozuna and all of Mr. Fuji's hired goons destroyed him and put in him the casket then he rose up from the double-wide, double-deep casket.... listen :blbat:

One of the best themes and entrances.

Yes, it sure was/is :blbat: Ah, Bull Buchanan, he was on his own there after his Truth Commission & Armageddon days but would join The Big Boss Man which I'll get to that later. Good Tron. His theme was used by The One Man Gang in the Gimmick Battle Royal at WMX7 which I posted that before :)

Here's Vader's awesome theme from WWF The Music Vol. 2. I love this Tron, it's basically his vignettes hyping up his arrival in the WWF at the Royal Rumble 96 :D
