Now that was a good promo there for Thanksgiving and I sure remember that when it aired. That was the Gobbledy Gooker with Luke & Butch The Bushwackers, Saba "Tony Atlas" Simba, Tugboat Tyler & "The Birdman" Koko B. Ware. If you didn't know, The Gooker was actually Hector Gurrero I thought it was cool having a mascot like that I mean baseball has mascots like Fredbird so why couldn't wrestling 1990 is when wrestling was on the verge of changing for the future, I mean if you could have a mascot Turkey and a Deadman called The Undertaker debut on the same iconic show of the Survivor Series, anything could be in wrestling and boy the future sure proved that and really I don't think many people think of that.

Owen was so misused, it was always Rock, Austin, HBK, HHH, never Owen who was so talented and yes, unfortunately we'll never know I always have it in My mind he died as The Blue Blazer and not Owen Hart

Here's this interview with The Rock talking about Owen. I sure recall this like it was yesterday. First, notice the set, he's doing The Mummy Returns. This was in 2001 when he souled-out to Hollywood. I was extremely anticipating the movie but not because of him but because I loved the first film which I'll spotlight in My Horror Topic later along with the other Dark Universe films. Okay, The Godfather will have to wait a bit longer. WWE just posted this opening to the WWF Survivor Series 89 which was I was only 8 years old...I have always loved this as this is one of My fave events



Now, here's this, a bit of WWF Survivor Series 93...another fave...Ludvig Borga just ended Tatanka's undefeated streak and knocked him out of the event, The Undertaker just joined the All-Americans..."American Original" Lex Luger, and Rick & Scott the Steiner Brothers

Lex Luger just knocked out Pierre from the event, he's now replaced by the new heel Crush

The first few Survivor Series were so cool. You have to remember, I knew nothing about TBS and Starrcade back then, so when these debuted it was a Thanksgiving night treat,

I've only ordered from WWEshop once and that's because we were going to an NXT show and they had some kids NXT shirts on clearance and I got an Adam Cole NXT shirt as well.

Well that's great. I have never ordered from WWE Shop, I never had a desire too. I have the old WWF Catalog way back in the early fun times of the 90s however. Oh boy, the icon Supermarket fight between Booker T. & SCSA. That never get's old

MERRY CHRISTMAS

I will continue The Godfather in time but for now for Christmas here's this "Artist Formally Known as Goldust" Christmas special from 1997 This is when the Goldust character was really weird but very fun. Also it was great when he was with Luna Vachon, she had a very strange hotness about her during this time. In fact their really one of the most underrated couples in wrestling. I loved this time in 1997. Goldust is an extremely bizarre reading & talking Christmas Tree and Luna is a very unusual Elf that looks like she is a good helper They encounter Vader Claus
