It does, but Yvonne Craig only signed over her likeness rights last month, and "no plans" doesn't have to mean they aren't discussing it and won't have a plan soon. Mattel just got the license in the later half of 2011, so depending on how long they have it, they might put out the occasional figure like Egghead, Eartha Kitt Catwoman, and Batgirl before it runs out.
Of course, this is Mattel we're talking about, and it's not like they haven't made bonehead decisions with regard to DC figures before.

Catwoman is also on Amazon for $16 with Prime shipping. And there are 30 of her, so don't rush. It's a presale, but for October 20th.

Argh. The Batgirl news was not what I wanted to hear but hopefully she's still got a shot later. Happy about Catwoman tho. Definitely picking one of those up!!

Trust me with Yvonne Craig signing her likeness rights and Mattel announcing the Surf's up Joker and them continuing the line she will definitely be getting made, remember we didn't get Wonder Woman right off the bat in the DCUC line... but we still got her.

yeah,I fully expect a Batgirl figure at some point, along with an Eartha Kitt Catwoman.that's tight up Mattel's alley - minimal new tooling,as they can just reuse the current Catwoman body. just need to make a new head!

Yep, and we could also possibly see a Lee Meriweather Catwoman as well with the same body used...

I'm hoping for a Batgirl, but I'd rather it be sooner than later, man. Not as hopeful on the other Catwomen though. I think you're more likely to see a Batman variant of some sort and maybe Robin after everyone buys the two-pack.

Pink Cowl Batman is really the only other variant to do,after Surfer Bats. I just hope they mine the likenesses they have under the contract now that we're getting more. we could easily get 3 to 4 more wave's of these with who they can make:

Batgirl
Catwoman (Eartha Kitt)
Mr. Freeze ( Otto Preminger)
King Tut
Bookworm
Egghead
Shame
Mad Hatter
Pink Cowl Batman
Single-release Robin
Bruce Wayne
Dick Grayson

...haven't heard anything about them having Lee Meriweather's rights,so I don't know if she's possible or not.
