No, I didn't really catch any of that but like you said, those are the things you start to notice after multiple watches because the first time you're wrapped up in what's happening. I don't know if they should bring in aliens or Jet Jaguar. I think they're just cool Easter eggs. A crossover with Pacific Rim could be something. It would give them some new creatures to tear through, that's for sure. And Jet Jaguar could be from that, but you could incorporate him without PR, too.

Yes, sometimes it takes a few watches to notice stuff and it helps also with others watching with you. Actually I think aliens would be okay cause we already have King Ghidorah to set it up to explain where he/they came from  Also The aliens in Pacific Rim came from a portal in the ocean...what if they have something to with'em :?: Maybe your right, he could be from PR or perhaps be the origins of it :?: Really I hope they bring Jet Jaguar one way or another, I think he would be so cool if he's done right :)

Okay, here's a special update. Remember when I posted many entries of the Titans a while back before the film came out :?: Well here's an updated look of some of'em plus some new stuff you may not know or even caught  Well, for those that seen this scene, I don't know what you thought of it but I would have been in awe about it. I posted it before about that this is possibly the largest Titan to ever live...

Image
Image

Here's a short video of it, this guy was really excited, I hope other people were too :)

I read that some of the Great Apes has names including Gnarled Finger, One-Eye, Stone Fist, Catcher, Knob, Boots and that Skar King has been very naughty & busy impregnating the females thus that's how the Apes got their reddish fur and how he grew his army

Image

Here's this creature called the Tree Mimic :!: In the Official Movie Novelization of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, Dr. Ilene Andrews recalled that Monarch had encountered many species of Tree Mimics previously  Although the one that ate Mikael was the first to sport new behavior as it disguised itself as roots. All Tree Mimic species kill their prey immediately and are quite difficult to kill themselves :!:

Image

I would imagine that this scene was unexpected and would make one jump :o

Another look at the Wart Dog...

Image

I believe this monster is an inspiration of the Andrewsarchus, it was a prehistoric Ungulate from the middle Eocene period in China that is believe to be the ancestor of Whales

Image

An actual look at the Parrot Frog :!: Amazing that this Titan is the size of a T-Rex, now that's a big frog

Image

An actual look at the Vertacine :!:

Image

Hollow Earth Grub Worm which the Hellhawks love them :!:

Image

Hollow Earth Mosquito. I read that in the The Official Movie Novelization,of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire that Dr. Andrews carefully thinks how genetic analysis would be needed to determine if Hollow Earth Mosquitos are actually "true" mosquitos" or if it is indeed an example of convergent evolution. She also considers the possibility that mosquitos originated in Hollow Earth during the Jurassic period as molecular genetic studies suggest that and didn't reach the surface world until the Cretaceous period where they entered the fossil record. Now I love how that is and that talk about these ancient times...I would imagine that kids would love this :)

Image

Hollow Earth Dragonfly :!:

Image

The Drown Viper appears to be a very awesome Serpentine Titan :o

Image

I found out that there's also mentions of new Titans only by the names of TITAN 005, TITAN 006, TITAN 007, TITAN 010, TITAN 011, TITAN 012, TITAN 013, TITAN 016, TITAN 018. Who and/or what are they :?:

Now, arguably the most important of them all is Phosphera. According to what I read this was a Titan that was "fail-safe" in case they couldn't get the rights to Mothra again. Well, I know they got Mothra back which is like why couldn't they anyway :? Now, since she was back, they kept this Titan secure. It was in the Iwi's Temple...

Image

I'm sure you recall this scene but what did you think when you saw it :?: I would have been like holy crap, that looks like some sort of an ancient god :o

Image

The name means "Light Bringer" which is Venus in Greek Mythology plus the [b]Planet Venus itself and has a similar origin for the name of the chemical element phosphorus :!: Also this might be a depiction of Lucifer because all what I just said has to do with him :o Maybe this some sort of extraterritorial :? It's design is of a bird-winged humanoid and associated with Pyramids that strongly resembles the ancient Egyptian goddess of magic, Isis. Though Phosphera was only shown in an Iwi settlement with a Hollow Earth portal going to Cairo, Egypt, this may not be the only time this ancient Titan appears and I hope I'm right :)

Image

Here's this little Monsters of Hollow Earth feature as it reveals some cool stuff plus the movie is available to own on digital formats already as of 5/14 :o :batshock: :wwshock: :smgasp:

I got more stuff to come soon :)

Okay, before I go any further, make sure you see My last post, I edited it with some new stuff, some of it is very very, interesting :)

Now, several days ago, WB posted a couple videos on their YT. This is a cool Behind the Scenes look and I like that they mention that Godzilla x Kong came out during the 10th Anniversary of the first MonsterVerse film which was Godzilla in 2014, 10 years ago this year

Now this I'm really surprised that they did this. They posted a 10 minute preview which was basically the first 10 minutes of the actual film :o So I know I say I never want to be spoiled but I had already known some and had theorized on some as well. So this is My thoughts of that beginning.

For the second straight time the movie opens with the song "Welcome to My World". I guess Wingard really likes that song and it does kinda fit. Personally I would have used Tim Holkenborg's chilling score for it. Like right away there's action with Kong being chased by them Wart Dogs. Seems like Kong is kinda getting smarting I mean he built a trap for them  That was kinda gruesome Kong ripping that Wart Dog carcass in half with all of the blood spewing on him  Since the MonsterVerse is half WB, they could do something like that in the next Mortal Kombat game and and have him & Godzilla be guest fighters  I like how your supposed to feel sympathy for Kong after he broke his tooth and that he was fooled by the Parrot Frog that still Kong is all alone. I like the Doug Titan and I'm thinking of him less that he's not a Foetodon from the 2005 Kong but I still think the name is rather silly yet there's a ton of people that adore it  It's good seeing the Leafwings again. Now I have one big gripe here and I'm probably the only person that has a complaint here cause 9 times out of 10 I have probs with the stuff that most people don't, been like that ever since I was young. So as you know I read the credits of movies. I have ever since I was a youngster. I got that from My Grandpa PoPo. This is how I learned about the people in the films, that the music was written by this guy and the movie was directed by that person long before the Internet was a darn thing. So during the 6:08 mark, the fight between Scylla & Godzilla happens. What is happening during this very anticipated battle :?: Their showing the darn credits while this battle is ongoing :o Oh I hate that :x I would have been so damn p!$$ed if I paid good money at the show to see this for the first time cause My attention would have been going back and forth there between the credits and the Titans...what a lousy decision for them to put the credits during that time :x Now I like Scylla, I think she's an awesome creature with a bit of a Lovecraftian inspiration of her design as she looks like a Cthulhu head-wise which believe it or not I've read other people saying the same plus she's a Cephalopod which I love those species. I'm like why is she looking for nuclear power to challenge Godzilla when she bowed before him in G:KOTM when she should be an ally :?

Image
Image

Now after that in the Godzilla Dominion Comic, they do encounter each other again...

Image
Image

Well in short Monarch classifies Scylla's behavior as that of a "destroyer". Remember in King of the Monsters when she began destroying and feeding off of sources of nuclear energy around the globe :?: Bernie Hayes theorizes that she may have been attempting to enhance herself thus making herself stronger in order to challenge Godzilla for alpha status and being the "Queen of the Monsters. In the Godzilla x Kong: The Hunted Comic they cross paths once more, she is larger and has a somewhat new form and it ends in a cliffhanger as you see it happen for real in live action in the new film :o

Image
Image

Spoiler:
Here's a great visual up-close look of the fight as it was in the film which you can see her in wonderful detail

So in this scene of GxK:TNE, Godzilla totally dominates her and she really didn't have a chance

Image

He used his "Kiss of Death on her like he did on the Female MUTO in Godzilla 2014 and that blew her up which I thought was very gruesome :o

The fight seemed really rushed and she was just there for Godzilla to tune up against. It was great but way too short. Like King Kong with Serpentine creatures, Godzilla is apparently like that about Spiders & Spider-like Kaijus & Titans. That's My thought on that. Here's the official 10 minute preview :)

Now this was extremely surprising that they showed this. It's a behind scenes of the huge tag match in Rio de Janeiro. Before I watched this I was already spoiled about The Skar King via a thumbnail of inconsiderate YouTubers of not thinking that there's actually people that don't want spoilers much less knowing how the film ends :x With that being said this is a very good video and yes even though WB showed the spoiler in the clip, they didn't post the spoiler within a thumbnail so I give kudos to them for that :)

I got much more for later soon ;)

It's cool that the comic sort of explained why they were fighting because in the movie it seemed really quick and random.

Yes, if it wasn't for other media like that, there would be a lot of questions about these things. They did some other comics like this too...I'll see about posting them in time ;)

So here's this for this update, don't forget to check out the past couple updates if you haven't already. Some really cool stuff. First there was a winged evolved version of Godzilla but it didn't make the cut and honestly I'm glad that it didn't

There was apparently the same went for Kong, gosh I'm so glad that they didn't greenlight that

Image

Now here's this. I don't if anybody here get's books, comics or whatever that's based from the films and compares how they differ from the movies. I did a lot back in the day. Well, the major fight scene at the film's climax was going to look and be quite different. Quite frankly I like how they went with Rio instead. Sure, I would have loved the film to look very apocalyptic but we already got one great end of days scenario in G:KOTM. Again this scene in the film was mighty dandy how it was but yes, if it took place in Russia and looked like that, it would have been awesome, no doubt about that :!:

Okay, here's this funny Ranking the Top 10 Roars

Now here is a size chart of most of the Titans in the films. I love these size charts. I would imagine kids do. I sure loved size comparison when I was a kid and heck I still do. This is a pretty good one. Look for more like this later :)

Big updates coming soon :) Be sure to check out My latest updates in My classic Kaiju Topic. I posted the "LOST" 1933 & 1938 Japanese King Kong films as well as the "LOST" Great Buddha Arrival. These are some of the most important movies in Kaiju history :!: I have a ton more to come there as well soon ;)
